booking can be done ONLY the following way:

1. Please send an inquiry from the web form on the right of property listing you are interested in, with the exact dates when you are willing to start renting and when you want to move out.

2. After getting your inquiry we will check the availability of the property for the requested period.

3. If the property is available for period you request you get a reply within 2 business days with the bank account of Blue Vision Agency Co., Ltd. where you can transfer the money for a booking and other related details. If your requested property is not available for requested period or the owner of property disagree to make booking (some owners waiting for long term rentals and they accept short term rentals only if they are immediately ready to start renting) in this case we will send you the suggestions with (links) to another properties in our database which is available to rent or immediate reservations in same area and same price range.

The booking can be made ONLY over the form on our website (booking can not be made over the phone, to avoid confusion later) and by transfering the amount of booking to (ONLY) Blue Vision Agency Co., Ltd. bank account in Thailand. The description of wire transfer has to include your (TENANT'S) name and the property id (from our website) which you want us make reservation for:

eg. YOUR FULL NAME booking, ID 3333 for a period of 30/03/2010 to 30/03/2011
